You're awesome.
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of running in the rain. Way to go for sticking it out....and it always works that way, as soon as you are done, it's over!
ReplyDeleteAt least it was not freezing rain!
ReplyDeleteOh blech I feel ya. It's constant raw, nasty rain here too. You're awesome for going out in it....it'll pass eventually right? Riiight???
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should come visit Texas, we really need some rain down here and it appears you might have a gift.
ReplyDeleteGood job sticking it out - I'm sure I would have quit at or before rain sloshing in my shoes.
Nice work! I love the "purposely run through big puddles." I ALWAYS do that once my feet are soaked. Why the h*ll is that. My mom must not have let me play in puddles when I was little.
ReplyDeleteI hate it when that happens
ReplyDeleteYou are my running inspiration, I would have stopped somewhere in between the drizzle, the heavy rain and cars splashing puddle son me.
ReplyDeletei love running in the rain!
ReplyDeleteSummer rain is okay but this cold stuff just sucks!!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah, this spring is getting VERY old!!
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun!
ReplyDeleteYou look like you're wasting away. Eat more m&m's!!
Funny how these are the runs we remember most. Nice job getting outside in the wet stuff. I bet you felt much better afterward, compared to not running at all.
ReplyDelete:( to your sad face. i hate rain. was it raining when you started? that's the worst!
ReplyDeleteThat sucks. I've definitely gotten to the "purposely run through big puddles" point where there's no longer any point in trying to avoid them and then your shoes get to the point where they weigh about ten pounds each.
ReplyDeleteThe best part of this post is the "You might also like:" section. First item: dog poo
ReplyDeletehaha
I love running in the rain as long as it isn't a cold rain.
Def. LOL funny! Yeah, it's been raining (and snowing) here but today was gorgeous! It's coming your way.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather be doing those 10 miles threw snow!! Then again, nothing surprises me in WI, we just might be doing miles in the snow! LOL....fingers crossed it's a nice day for us!
ReplyDeleteYou should have stopped at drizzle.
ReplyDeleteBut it's been proven that heavy rain does wonders for eye bags.
Hahaha! This made me laugh out loud. Nice job on the rainy run!
ReplyDeleteI draw the line when my feet start squishing...
ReplyDeleteOh props to you for getting out and running in the rain. I keep rescheduling my runs so that I can do them when it's not raining!
ReplyDeleteYou are brave... I resorted to the treadmill on Friday until I got to bored and then ventured out. But that was just three miles and it only drizzled at that point.
ReplyDeleteGreat job getting it done!! :-)
LMAO do you shake about like a wet dog?
ReplyDeleteyou look sooo unhappy in that picture!!
